To be held between September 3 and 5, at the Centro Internacional de Convenciones y Exposiciones Las Américas, in the city of Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, the traditional TICAL Conference and the 2nd Latin American e-Science Meeting opened its calls to present papers on the theme "Digital Transformation in Institutions of Higher Education, Science and Culture", and invite the interested parties to apply between February 26 and May 7, 2018 at 24:00 GMT (closing time of both calls).
