Both courses are part of the training activities developed by the BELLA project (Building the European Link with Latin America) and are now available free of charge to all those interested at CLARA’s EDX platform.

To be held between September 3 and 5, at the Centro Internacional de Convenciones y Exposiciones Las Américas, in the city of Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, the traditional TICAL Conference and the 2nd Latin American e-Science Meeting opened its calls to present papers on the theme "Digital Transformation in Institutions of Higher Education, Science and Culture", and invite the interested parties to apply between February 26 and May 7, 2018 at 24:00 GMT (closing time of both calls). Aiming to discuss scientific data management best practices developed by research institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean, the World Data System (WDS) will hold on April 17 and 18, in Rio de Janeiro, the Latin American and Caribbean Scientific Data Management Workshop.
